Butter does not equal margarine.
I made cookies...and they did not turn out like my mom's. Actually, a lot of things I cook do not turn out like my mom's. Anyway, these cookies were mushy, and the dough was not stiff. I was confused so I added more flour. Didn't work.
Apparently Blue Bonnet is not butter, something I had no idea of.
Now the plate of cookies is slowly forming into one big cookie mush mold. Don't worry...I'm used to this. I do screw up my baking a lot.
HOWEVER experiencing this married business is for sure forcing me to learn how to cook.
You should try 'I can't believe it's not butter' Butter next time :) it makes em taste so good, and is low fat! no one is a good cook right away.. keep practicing and you'll be awesome!
