Do not ever make a quesadilla with provolone cheese.

YUCK.

I was starving, and so craving a quesadilla with black beans and cheese with my lovely handy quesadilla maker.

If you don't have one of these...I highly recommend it.

Anyway, don't use provolone cheese. It's disgusting. I tore mine apart, picking out the black beans and combining them with the plain tortilla, sour cream, and salsa. Doing all I could to avoid the cheese. It was a mess and a very dissatisfying lunch.
